Willy Street Co-op in Madison now offers So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk as a milk option for smoothies, coffee drinks, etc! While I’d prefer one without carageenan and guar gum (inconvenient for a variety of reasons), this is a big step in the right direction, and one I’m happy to see! Stop at the Co-op and order something with coconut milk today!
They should offer coconut butter. A spoonful of it with some coconut water is as close as you can get to cracking open a coconut, scooping out the meat, and blending it with the water.
Hi! Do they carry coconut aminos at Willy Street Coop?
Sure do! At the east side store, coconut aminos (soy free/wheat free alternative to soy sauce) are in aisle 3a, bottom shelf, toward the rear of the store. Not sure about west side store, but I’d be surprised if they don’t.
Coconut butter isn’t available at the juice/coffee bar, but is sold in the store so you never know…
Unfortunately, due to low sales, coconut milk is no longer available at the juice bar. However, they do offer a very good house-made almond milk. Customer comments are taken very seriously, so they might be willing to try the coconut milk again if people express interest.
